Chicken And Sausage Gloria Recipe
- 6 sausages
- 6 chicken breasts
- lg. can mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic (more or possibly less to taste)
- 2 1/2 to 3 c. dry vermouth
- Saute/fry chicken breasts.
- Simmer remaining ingredients over low heat till sausage and chicken are done.
- Serve over noodle sauce; can be thickened with 1 tbsp.
- cornstarch 10 min before serving.
