Gingerbread

  1. Grease and flour and 9 x 13 pan.
  2. Make sour milk by adding 1 tsp of vinegar to a cup of milk.
  3. Mix all ingredients together and put into the pan.
  4. Bake at 350 until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 30 minutes.
