Chickpea Wings
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Size) Drained And Rinsed Garbanzo Beans
- 1 Tablespoon Vegan Butter (i.e. Earth Balance)
- 1/2 cups Wing Sauce (use Your Favorite; I Used Franks)
- Preheat oven or convection oven to 450 F. Convection works great with this recipe!

- Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
- 2.
- Place dried chickpeas on parchment paper.
- 3.
- Bake at 450 F. In a regular oven it will take about 35 minutes or in a convection oven it will take about 25 minutes.
- Bake until crispy.

- While chickpeas are baking melt your butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Once melted add wing sauce.
- Warm on low.
- 5.
- When chickpeas have finished cooking (they need to be crispy), place them in a bowl and pour wing/butter sauce on them.
- Toss to coat.
- 6.
- Serve immediately!
