Chickpea Wings

  1. Preheat oven or convection oven to 450 F. Convection works great with this recipe!

  3. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

  5. Place dried chickpeas on parchment paper.

  7. Bake at 450 F. In a regular oven it will take about 35 minutes or in a convection oven it will take about 25 minutes.
  8. Bake until crispy.

  10. While chickpeas are baking melt your butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  11. Once melted add wing sauce.
  12. Warm on low.
  13. 5.
  14. When chickpeas have finished cooking (they need to be crispy), place them in a bowl and pour wing/butter sauce on them.
  15. Toss to coat.
  16. 6.
  17. Serve immediately!
