Bacon Cheddar Bagel

  1. Fry bacon over medium-high heat (starting with bacon in cold pan) until desired level of crispness is achieved.
  2. Slice bagel in half and toast while bacon is cooking
  3. Spread both halves with butter and place two slices of cheese on bottom half.
  4. Put back in toaster or oven for another minute to melt cheese.
  5. Finish by placing bacon on bagel and slicing it in half.
