Italian Beef

  1. Rinse steak under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Place in large resealable bag.
  3. Add salad dressing, 1/2 cup pasta sauce, and garlic to bag.
  4. Gently massage to mix marinade.
  5. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 to 8 hours.
  6. In a small saucepan combine remaining pasta sauce, wine, and seasoning.
  7. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  8. Reduce heat and keep warm.
  9. Remove steak from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking and bring to room temperature.
  10. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  11. Just before cooking, clean and oil grate.
  12. Remove steak from bag and discard marinade.
  13. Place steak on grill.
  14. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side.
  15. Serve hot with warm sauce.
