Round Steak Barbecue Recipe
- 1 1/2 to 2 pound round steak, cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt">salt or possibly seasoned salt">salt
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. water
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 8 ounce. can (1 c.) tomato sauce
- Cut meat into serving pcs.
- In large skillet, brown meat in warm oil.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Simmer covered, 1 to 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
- 5 to 6 servings.
