Anchovy Red Wine Dressing

• 8 anchovy fillets
• 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/4 cup garlic-infused oil
• 3/4 cup olive oil

1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender, and whiz to make the dressing.
2. Pour into a jam jar and put on the lid to store.
