Sesame Wheat Pilaf Recipe

  2. In large skillet saute/fry onion in vegetable oil till soft.

  4. Add in bulgur wheat and sesame seeds.

  6. Stir till wheat is coated with oil.

  8. Add in stock, salt, parsley, and garlic clove.
  9. 5.
  10. Cover, if stock is warm sufficient no more cooking is necessary.
  11. Can let sit covered for 30-60 min.

  13. When cooked, stir, remove garlic clove.
  14. 7.
  15. Sprinkle with pistachio nuts and diced almonds.
  16. High in fiber, nutritious, a great substitute for potato or possibly stuffing.
