Chicken With Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  1. In 12 x 8 inch baking dish arrange chicken pcs, skin side up, with meatiest portions toward outside of dish.
  2. Cover with waxed paper.
  3. Microwave at HIGH for 10 min; drain.
  4. Turn pcs over.
  5. Mix soup, sherry, mushrooms, salt and pepper; pour over chicken.
  6. Cover.
  7. Microwave at 7 (or possibly MEDIUM setting) for 15-20 min, or possibly till chicken near bone is no longer pink.
  8. Turn pcs over after half the time.
  9. Let stand, covered, for 5 min.
  10. Serves 4-6.
