Chicken-Couscous Salad

  1. Drain oranges, reserving liquid.
  2. Add enough water to reserved liquid to measure 1 cup; pour into medium saucepan.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add couscous; cover.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
  7. Meanwhile, combine spinach, chicken, vegetables and oranges in large bowl.
  8. Add dressing; toss to coat.
  9. Fluff couscous with fork.
  10. Add to salad; mix lightly.
