Beef And Cheese Tortilla Casserole

• 1 Tbsp. salad oil
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 2 tsp. instant coffee
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 1/2 c. water
• 2 c. shredded Longhorn cheese
• 3 tsp. chili powder
• 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
• 12 corn tortillas
• 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

1. Brown beef, add onion and saute 3 minutes.
2. Pour off grease. Stir in coffee, salt, pepper, chili powder and 1 can tomato sauce. Heat to simmering.
3. Spread each tortilla with cream cheese. Place about 1/2 cup of meat mixture over cheese on half of each tortilla.
4. Arrange with folded edge up in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Pour remaining meat in spaces around tortillas.
5. Pour remaining can of sauce and water over top.
6. Sprinkle with cheese, cover and bake at 375u0b0 for 25 minutes.
