Deep Fried Red Mullet Recipe

  1. Wash, clean and pat dry the mullets.
  2. Sprinkle the cavities with pepper, salt and lemon juice.
  3. Coat both sides of the fish in the flour.
  4. Cook in heated oil till golden, turning twice.
  5. Fry the bread wedges in the same oil.
  6. Arrange them on a serving platter in a circle around the fish.
  7. Top each fish with a lemon wedge.
  8. Serve warm.
