Spicy Curry Chicken
- 8 Chicken drumettes
- 1 clove Garlic (grated)
- 1 tbsp Curry powder
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Put all of the ingredients, except for the chicken, into a plastic bag and mix them together.
- Then add the chicken and rub the sauce in thoroughly.
- Leave it in the refrigerator for 1 to 1 1/2 days.
- Occasionally rub the mixture into the chicken so that the meat is completely coated.
- Lightly scrape off the sauce, and bake it for 10 minutes on the lower rack in an oven set to 220C.
- Then flip them over and bake it for another 10 minutes.
