Cheese 'n Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook and stir onion in butter in a large skillet until tender.
  3. Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup picante sauce, cream cheese and taco seasoning cook until thoroughly heated.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheese.
  5. Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla; roll up and place seam side down in baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining picante sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake 15 minutes till cheese is melted and heated through.
