Ham & Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese
- 3 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 4 min.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Add flour; cook and stir 1 min.
- or until bubbly.
- Gradually stir in milk.
- Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
- or until thickened.
- Add 1 cup cheddar and Parmesan; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
- or until cheddar is melted.
- Drain macaroni mixture.
- Add to sauce in skillet along with the ham; mix well.
- Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheddar.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until heated through.
