Ham & Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook macaroni in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 4 min.
  3. Meanwhile, melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat.
  4. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min.
  5. or until bubbly.
  6. Gradually stir in milk.
  7. Bring to boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir 3 to 5 min.
  8. or until thickened.
  9. Add 1 cup cheddar and Parmesan; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  10. or until cheddar is melted.
  11. Drain macaroni mixture.
  12. Add to sauce in skillet along with the ham; mix well.
  13. Spoon into 1-1/2-qt.
  14. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining cheddar.
  15. Bake 20 min.
  16. or until heated through.
