This is Tartar Sauce

• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 14 cup sweet pickle relish
• 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed, drained, and chopped
• 12 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
• 1 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 teaspoon garlic
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
• 1 teaspoon dill
• 1 teaspoon tarragon
• 12 teaspoon white pepper

1. Stir together all ingredients in a bowl and chill,until ready to serve.
