Shredded BBQ Beef On Buns
- 5 cups Leftover Beef From Cooked Pot Roast, Shredded Or Chopped
- BBQ Sauce Of Your Favorite Brand And Flavor (enough To Coat The Shredded Beef)
- 1 whole Red Onion, Sliced
- 2 whole Avocados, Peeled And Sliced
- 4 whole Buns, Toasted
- Dill Pickle Spears (optional)
- Cut or shred your leftover beef if it isnt already, and place it in a small pan on medium-low heat.
- (Dont worry if you have residual gravy stuck to your left-over pot roast.
- Itll just add more flavor and moisture!)
- Add as much BBQ sauce as needed to coat all the beef and make it moist and juicy.
- Stir it all up and let it sit on medium-low heat until it gets steaming hot.
- Meanwhile, slice the onion and avocados, and toast the buns.
- Spread sliced onions and avocados on the toasted buns, then put heaping spoonfuls of steaming hot shredded BBQ beef on the buns.
- Pickle spears in the bun are optional, but almost mandatory on the side!
