Shredded BBQ Beef On Buns

  1. Cut or shred your leftover beef if it isnt already, and place it in a small pan on medium-low heat.
  2. (Dont worry if you have residual gravy stuck to your left-over pot roast.
  3. Itll just add more flavor and moisture!)
  4. Add as much BBQ sauce as needed to coat all the beef and make it moist and juicy.
  5. Stir it all up and let it sit on medium-low heat until it gets steaming hot.
  6. Meanwhile, slice the onion and avocados, and toast the buns.
  7. Spread sliced onions and avocados on the toasted buns, then put heaping spoonfuls of steaming hot shredded BBQ beef on the buns.
  8. Pickle spears in the bun are optional, but almost mandatory on the side!
