Amazing Pumpkin Cheesecake
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 34 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 12 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup pure pumpkin
- 12 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups of crushed graham crackers or 2 cups ginger bread cookies
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- DIRECTIONS:.
- Pre- Heat oven to 325 degrees.
- Bake for 10 minutes of you are making individual tartlets or 50 to 65 minutes for a regular sized cheesecake in a spring form pan.
- Make sure the spring form pan is set on a cookie sheet with water about 2 inches up the sides of the pan.

- Cheesecake should be firm, but not browned.
- Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour and then in the refrigerator for an additional 5 hours.
- Once the cheesecake is chilled, slice and top with whipped cream.
