The Lazy Edition: Sweet Potato and Yogurt Ice-Cream

  1. Whip the cream until soft peaks form and add your sweetener of choice (not listed) to sweeten.
  2. Mix together everything except the nuts, and cool in the freezer to harden.
  3. You can either mix half-way through freezing for a smooth texture, or eat before completely frozen and still soft.
  4. Sprinkle nuts on top to your liking.
  5. Variation: I tried using boiled adzuki beans instead of sweet potato.
  6. It was really refreshing and tasted like adzuki ice cream.
  7. This is with blueberries that tastes of blueberry cheesecake.
  8. Use jam or confiture.
