Sausage Rice
- 1 lb ground sausage
- 1 (6 ounce) boxuncle ben's wild rice, Original recipe
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 23 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 18 teaspoon sage
- 14 teaspoon salt
- Cook, drain Sausage set aside.
- While cooking sausage, cook Uncle Ben's Wild Rice according to directions box.
- As rice finishes cooking, combine water, cream of mushroom soup and butter.
- Bring to a boil.
- Once cream of mushroom soup mixture begins to boil, combine rice(no water) and sausage into boiling mixture.
- Add sage and salt.
- Cook uncovered until thick (about 10 min).
