Chicken Puffs
- 1 12 cups water
- 13 cup butter
- 1 12 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 12 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease cookie sheet.
- Heat water and butter to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan.
- Stir in baking mix and ginger.
- Stir over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture pulls away from side of pan, remove from heat.
- Beat in eggs, all at once, continue beating until smooth.
- Stir in chicken and onion.
- Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot.
- I serve these with a Honey Mustard Sauce.
