Chicken Puffs

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Grease cookie sheet.
  3. Heat water and butter to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan.
  4. Stir in baking mix and ginger.
  5. Stir over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture pulls away from side of pan, remove from heat.
  6. Beat in eggs, all at once, continue beating until smooth.
  7. Stir in chicken and onion.
  8. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto cookie sheet.
  9. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve hot.
  11. I serve these with a Honey Mustard Sauce.
