Fried Pepper Pork Rib
- 200 grams pork rib
- 1 cup flour
- 1 chilli powder
- 1 pepper powder
- 1 salt
- 1 egg white
- Split the pork from the bone.
- Slice the pork into thin strip.
- In a medium bowl mix the chilli powder, pepper, salt and the pork, then shake it well.
- Roll your pork mixture into egg white.
- After rolling into egg white, coat it with flour and deep fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot, best dip with vinegar and garlic.
