Fried Pepper Pork Rib

  1. Split the pork from the bone.
  2. Slice the pork into thin strip.
  3. In a medium bowl mix the chilli powder, pepper, salt and the pork, then shake it well.
  4. Roll your pork mixture into egg white.
  5. After rolling into egg white, coat it with flour and deep fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot, best dip with vinegar and garlic.
