Grilled Teriyaki Pork Chops

  1. Set grill or griddle pan to medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  2. (We grill outside year round and use a gas grill for these.)
  3. In a mixing bowl, add teriyaki sauce, pepper and chops.
  4. Marinate 15 minutes.
  5. Grill, flipping occasionally, until chops reach 165 degrees F degrees internally to ensure doneness.
  6. Baste chops with teriyaki sauce when flipping.
  7. Plate and garnish with scallions.
  8. We love these serve with polenta on the side.
  9. You can serve these with rice, if desired.
