Creamy Scrambled Eggs & Ham

  1. Whisk first 3 ingredients in microwaveable bowl.
  2. Stir in ham; cover with waxed paper.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  4. to 1 min.
  5. 15 sec.
  6. or until egg mixture is almost set, stirring every 30 sec.
  7. Let stand, covered, 30 sec.
  8. to 1 min.
  9. before serving.
  10. (Eggs will look slightly moist but will finish cooking upon standing.)
