Green and White Salad With Blue Cheese Dressing
- 13 cup fat-free cottage cheese
- 13 cup nonfat sour cream
- crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons 1% low-fat milk
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- chopped iceberg lettuce
- chopped curly leaf lettuce
- diced cucumber
- diced celery
- 14 cup thinly sliced green onion
- To prepare dressing, combine the first 7 ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once.
- To prepare salad, combine lettuces, cucumber, celery, and onions in a large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss well.
- Serve immediately.
