Copycat Chick-fil-a Chicken Nuggets

  1. Whisk together egg, milk, and pickle juice and pour into a large ziplock bag or bowl.
  2. Add chicken pieces and marinated in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  3. Combine flour, powdered sugar, salt, and pepper in a large ziplock bag.
  4. Shake to combine.
  5. Remove chicken from the marinara and add into the bag.
  6. Shake to coat the chicken completely.
  7. Heat half the oil in a large skillet.

  12. Do this in two batches.
  13. Cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown on one side.
  14. Turn the chicken over and cookbook an additional 3-4 minutes.
  15. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.
