Juicy Tandoori Style Chicken

  1. Cut the chicken thigh meat into large pices (approximately 6 pieces from 1 thigh).
  2. Mix the * ingredients and put into ia plastic bag, and marinate the chicken.
  3. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat the oven to 250 C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  5. Place the chicken on top and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
