Juicy Tandoori Style Chicken
- 800 grams Chicken thigh meat
- 150 grams *Yogurt
- 1 tbsp *Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp *Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp *Sugar
- 1 tsp *Salt
- 1 tbsp *Grated ginger
- 1 tbsp *Grated garlic
- 1 tbsp *Curry powder
- 1 tbsp *Paprika powder
- Cut the chicken thigh meat into large pices (approximately 6 pieces from 1 thigh).
- Mix the * ingredients and put into ia plastic bag, and marinate the chicken.
- Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 250 C. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Place the chicken on top and bake for approximately 20 minutes.
