Mary Pat's Roasted Asperagus

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. Wash asparagus and trim off woody stems.
  3. Slice prosciutto lengthwise in one inch strips.
  4. Wrap each asparagus spear in prosciutto angling and overlapping strip to cover mid-section of stalk.
  5. Place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  6. Bake for ten minutes, turn stalks and bake 10 minutes on the other side.
  7. Serve immediately.
