Southern Bar B Q Beef Recipe

  1. Cook meat about 3 to 4 hrs on low heat, with 1 c. of water.
  2. Shred meat when done (use two forks for shredding).
  3. Combine all the ingredients into a large pot and let simmer till meat is done, stirring occasionally.
  4. When meat is done and shredded, put meat in pot with sauce.
  5. Heat up and serve on potato rolls or possibly hamburger rolls!
