Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

  1. Preheat oven to 220C/425F/Gas7.
  2. Slice each potato in half lengthwise and the cut each half into three thick wedges.
  3. Try and keep the wedges relatively even sized.
  4. In a bowl mix the oil and the seasoning.
  5. Add the wedges and toss until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the out on a non-stick baking tray and bake them for 15-20 minutes, until cooked and nicely coloured.
  7. Serve with your favourite dip.
