- 1 lb 1/16 cup dark raisin
- 1 lb 1/16 cup dried cranberries
- 1 lb 1/2 granny smith apple, unpeeled, grated (or apple of choice)
- 1 lb 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- slivered almonds
- dried cranberries
- dried tart cherry
- green pumpkin seeds
- cracked flax seed (pulsed in blender)
- .Combine all, cook with milk.
