Macaroni with Walnuts and Pine Nuts

  1. Prepare bow ties as label directs, using 2 teaspoons salt in water; drain.
  2. Meanwhile, with flat side of knife, crush garlic cloves.
  3. In 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook garlic with walnuts and pine nuts until nuts are golden brown, stirring.
  4. Discard garlic.
  5. To serve, in large bowl, toss bow ties with nut mixture, basil, and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
