Grammy's Meat Marinade Recipe
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 c. red (burgundy) wine
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tbsp. curry pwdr
- 1/2 tbsp. black pepper
- Mix all the above ingredients together.
- Pour over cubed or possibly steak cut meat.
- Marinate (overnight is best).
- Rotate meat several times.
- Great for fondue!
- Also good grilled.
- Flank steak works well.
- Do not add in salt to marinade.
