Taco Stuffed Shells
- 15 whole Large Pasta Shells
- 1 pound Hamburger
- 2 Tablespoons Wildtree Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Water
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans
- 2 cups Salsa
- 1 bottle (12 Oz. Size) Wildtree Tomatillo Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheese
- Boil the shells until they are al dente or to your liking.
- The filling is enough to fill 15 shells but prepare a few extra in case they break.
- To prepare the filling, brown the hamburger meat and add the Wildtree Taco Seasoning and water.
- Add the drained black beans as the water starts to cook down.
- After about 20 minutes, the seasoning will thicken as the water cooks down.
- Pour the salsa on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Stuff the shells with the taco meat and beans and place over the salsa.
- Pour the Wildtree Roasted Tomatillo Sauce over the shells.
- I used a whole bottle but be sure and adjust to your liking.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle the cheese over the shells.
- Return to the oven for 15 more minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Enjoy!
