Asian Beef Bites #tastypartytidbits

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange wonton wrappers evenly in single layer on sheet.
  3. Brush with olive oil.
  4. Using a fork, prick a few holes in the wrappers to prevent bubbling.
  5. Bake for 6-7 minutes until light brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Whisk together all ingredients, except the beef and sesame seeds, in a bowl.
  9. When the sauce is well blended, divide in half and add the sirloin chunks to one portion.
  10. Marinate for 1 hour.
  11. Heat oven to broil.
  12. String the beef on skewers and transfer to broiling pan.
  13. Cook for 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with remaining sauce.
  14. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate and tent with foil.
  15. Transfer crispy wrappers to a serving platter in a single layer.
  16. Arrange 1-2 pieces of sirloin on each wrapper.
  17. Top with toasted sesame seeds and reserved greens.
  18. Serve warm.
