Seared Sea Scallops for Two

  1. Cook and stir bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  2. or until crisp.
  3. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels.
  4. Discard drippings from skillet.
  5. Pat scallops dry with additional paper towel.
  6. Add to same skillet; cook 4 min.
  7. on each side or until centres are opaque and edges are lightly browned.
  8. Transfer to plate.
  9. Sprinkle with bacon.
  10. Mix dressing and dill; spoon over asparagus.
  11. Serve with scallops.
