Cajun Skillet Supper

  1. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook the beef for 5 to 6 minutes, or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally to turn and crumble it.
  2. Drain and discard any liquid.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce the heat and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the flavors have blended, stirring occasionally.
