One-Skillet Salmon Dinner

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes, oregano and pepper; stir.
  3. Cook 6 to 8 min.
  4. or until potatoes are golden brown, stirring occasionally and adding beans and garlic for the last minute.
  5. Stir in wine; cook 2 min., stirring frequently.
  6. Add broth; stir.
  7. Spoon vegetable mixture to one side of skillet; add fish to other side of skillet.
  8. Cover; simmer 5 min.
  9. Add tomatoes to skillet; drizzle fish with dressing.
  10. Cook, covered, 5 to 7 min.
  11. or until fish flakes easily with fork and potatoes are tender.
