Russian Cabbage Soup Recipe

• 1 1/2 pound lean beef
• 1 lg. head cabbage
• 1 lg. tomato, quartered
• 1 lg. onion, sliced
• 1/2 pound fat pork
• 2 tbsp. salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 5 c. stock or possibly water

1. Simmer several hrs.
2. Slice meat and garnish with lowfat sour cream.
