Creamy Banana Dessert
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) flaked coconut
- 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant banana pudding
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. coconut extract
- 3 c. milk
- 3 bananas, sliced
- Cut flour
- and margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal; stir in 1/2 cup pecans.
- Press flour mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake

- minutes.
- Cool.
- Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, beating until fluffy.
- Stir 1 cup whipped
- topping into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread evenly on cooled
- crust.
- Sprinkle
- with
- coconut.
- Blend
- pudding mixture, extracts and
- milk.
- Beat 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- Spread
- over
- coconut
- layer
- and top with banana. Spread remaining
- whipped topping over bananas.
- Sprinkle with remaining half of nuts and chill.
- Serves 15.
