Herb Yogurt Dip Recipe
- 2 tbsp. snipped chives
- 2 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon dry basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dry tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- Dash of Tabasco
- 2 (8 ounce.) containers plain non-fat yogurt
- In a blender combine all seasonings, Tabasco and 1/2 c. yogurt.
- Blend till smooth.
- Turn into bowl.
- Stir in remaining yogurt.
- Mix well.
- Chill 3 hrs.
- Serve with veggies of your choice.
- Makes 2 c..
