Cheesy Broccoli Bake

• 4-3/4 cups water, divided
• 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
• 6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
• 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Bring 1 qt.
3. (4 cups) water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
4. Add broccoli; cook 3 min.
5. or until crisp-tender.
6. Drain.
7. Combine broccoli, remaining water and all remaining ingredients in 8-inch square baking dish; cover.
8. Bake 20 to 25 min.
9. or until heated through.
