Make Ahead Mason Jar Salads

  1. Wash out jars and add 1/4 cup dressing to the bottom
  2. Add all you crunchy veggies first.
  3. Carrots, onions etc..
  4. Add all the rest of you ingredients using lettuce last.
  5. Pack it tightly.
  6. Top with your choice of meat, chicken or turkey.
  7. Seal jar tightly.
  8. Do not turn upside-down until your ready to serve.
  9. When your ready to serve, turn jar upside-down and shake so dressing mixes throughout jar.
  10. These will keep for a week in the refrigerator.
  11. Each jar is 2 servings.
