White and Dark Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
  2. Cream butter with sugar.
  3. Add eggs, liqueur and vanilla.
  4. Mix flour, salt & baking soda in a separate bowl.
  5. Set mixer to low, add flour mixture slowly (1/4 - 1/2 cup at a time) until fully incorporated
  6. Add chips & nuts and mix
  7. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes (do not overbake!)
  8. They will come out soft and a little gooey so let them cool on the pan for at least 10 minutes.
  9. Transfer to wire rack and finish cooling
