White and Dark Cookies
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 1/3 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp Amaretto
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
- Cream butter with sugar.
- Add eggs, liqueur and vanilla.
- Mix flour, salt & baking soda in a separate bowl.
- Set mixer to low, add flour mixture slowly (1/4 - 1/2 cup at a time) until fully incorporated
- Add chips & nuts and mix
- Bake for 8 - 10 minutes (do not overbake!)
- They will come out soft and a little gooey so let them cool on the pan for at least 10 minutes.
- Transfer to wire rack and finish cooling
