Easy Gingerbread House Recipe

  1. From bottom of empty lowfat milk carton measure up 5" on 2 opposite sides and 2 1/2" on other two sides.
  2. Cut at the 5" mark all around carton and find center on 2 (5") sides and cut to create the house peaks, trimming other two sides at the 2 1/2" line.
  3. Frosting: Beat ingredients on high for 7 to 10 min till frosting loses its shine.
  4. Cover with damp cloth while decorating.
  5. Using frosting as "glue", spread a layer on carton bottom and place on 1 inverted paper plate.
  6. Spread frosting on rim of other plate and "glue" together.
  7. Attach crackers to sides of carton with frosting.
  8. Decorate sides before putting on the roof.
