Lo Cal Cranberry Apple Salad Recipe

  1. Dissolve low-calorie Jello in 1 c. warm water.
  2. Add in artificial sweetener, lemon juice, pineapple juice and 1/4 c. water, let set.
  3. Stir in grnd cranberries, diced apples, pineapple and celery, pour into mold and put in refrigerator.
  4. 1/2 c. = 43 calories.
