Lo Cal Cranberry Apple Salad Recipe
- 1 pkg. cherry or possibly strawberry low-calorie Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 8 Packages artificial sweetener
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. grnd cranberries
- 2 diced apples
- 1/2 c. pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- Dissolve low-calorie Jello in 1 c. warm water.
- Add in artificial sweetener, lemon juice, pineapple juice and 1/4 c. water, let set.
- Stir in grnd cranberries, diced apples, pineapple and celery, pour into mold and put in refrigerator.
- 1/2 c. = 43 calories.
