Chicken with Lemon and Basil Sauce

  1. The sauce: (Can be made several hours before required.
  2. Store in refrigerator.

  4. Place breadcrumbs in a food processor or blender.
  5. Add oil, lemon juice, basil, garlic and sugar into blender.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Transfer to medium pan and stir gently over low heat until heated.

  11. Cook under medium-high heat, 5 minutes each side or until tender.
