Bag 'N Season Chicken And Dumplings Recipe
- 1 pkt McCormick(r) Bag 'n Season(r) Country Style Chicken
- 1 1/2 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. frzn peas, thawed
- 1 can (5 ounces) buttermilk refrigerator biscuits, cut into quarters
- 1.
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Arrange cooking bag in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the bag.
- 2.
- In a medium bowl, combine Sauce Blend with flour; gradually add in water and stir till smooth.
- Stir in peas and pour over chicken.
- Place biscuit pcs in the bag over the chicken.
- 3.
- Close bag loosely with nylon tie.
- Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
- Bake 40 min.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Cut across top of bag and remove chicken and dumplings.
