Round Steak and Gravy

  1. Trim fat and cut steak into serving pieces.
  2. Sear pieces quickly in a roasting pan.
  3. Pour soups on to meat in the pan; cover.
  4. Bake at 350F for 2-1/2 hours.
  5. If needed, may add little more water near end of baking if too much has evaporated.
