Prawn & Potato #RSC

  1. wash potatoes and cut into half slices.
  2. on low heat using a pan, add roughly 2 tbsp olive oil + 1/4 stick of butter + potatoes sautee for 10 minutes until firm, add seasoning mix.
  3. (stir well).
  4. on low heat using a seperate sauce pan, add 1/4 stick butter + garlic + prawns + shallots + chives + black pepper and poach till prawns become bright color and curl for 10 minutes (stir frequently).
  5. mix together in a large bowl while still hot.
  6. serve equal portions, (remaining sauce stays in the bowl).
