Prawn & Potato #RSC
- 1 (1 ounce) package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tablespoon shallot, minced
- 16 prawns, with shell
- 12 small red potatoes
- 125 g butter
- 2 ounces olive oil
- black pepper
- salt
- wash potatoes and cut into half slices.
- on low heat using a pan, add roughly 2 tbsp olive oil + 1/4 stick of butter + potatoes sautee for 10 minutes until firm, add seasoning mix.
- (stir well).
- on low heat using a seperate sauce pan, add 1/4 stick butter + garlic + prawns + shallots + chives + black pepper and poach till prawns become bright color and curl for 10 minutes (stir frequently).
- mix together in a large bowl while still hot.
- serve equal portions, (remaining sauce stays in the bowl).
